It's just a dumb concept to have Wade and Lebron on the same team. Their skills overlap too much. You can't expect superstars to hold back and still be superstars. The big three will not win a championship. Not with Spoelstra, and not with Riley.

He wont get fired until after the season. The east is terrible, you can be .500 and make the playoffs. The Heat are using the regular season to get healthy and find out their identity. They wont play up to their full potential until playoff time. Kinda like the Celtics and Spurs.

I don't see the Heat firing Eric right away. I think if the Heat are below .500 come all-star break, then I think Pat will take over. I truly think that if the Heat don't make it to the finals or possibly even loose the finals, Eric will be let go.
