congrats on your winnings!
im currently requesting a payout (a smaller amount) and it seems they are having trouble..
i tried it saturday but they told me that i should wait monday.. by monday i asked them about cashing out and i told them i want it via **..
i thought it was just a regular ** fee but they told me it depends on the amount.. for example a $500 will cost 40 ** fee..
yesterday i went ahead and asked for the cash out, they told me it is now being processed and i can checkback tuesday afternoon (now) and i will see the information posted on my account.. but i havent seen it yet..

i checked on my email and i found an email from them saying that my request is now processed and they are requesting for a valid ID either thru email or fax.. i sent the email but it seems their system inbox is having trouble right now and im stucked..

honestly i thought a ** payout will be quick (about less than 2 hours upon request) i was wrong

That's scary, ayuntalo, since I am thinking of using my points to buy freeplays with BetPhoenix. But if they're giving TK that much trouble on a balance he started with a bank wire deposit, imagine the trouble they'll give me after I finish my rollover!

It has been a while, but I withdrew about $10K over a span of a few weeks from their sisterbook. Betmania some months back. I believe I withdrew $4K/week for a few weeks. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I won $4k with them recently, they do tend to take all day to pay you out via **/** even if you do it at open. I did have only one ** take till the next day. However they did pay me every single cent, they were always helpful and nice dispite me taking um to the cleaners on a freeroll.

And nickel, I just rebought a $100 freeplay there for what it's worth. I know I'm biased, but I trust in them to pay decently. I didn't do a check despite it being free only because they told me 2-5 days for processing and then 3-7 days delivery depending on how far away I lived.

Not trying to imply that they are giving me a hard time! I was just looking to see what experiences others have had. as I said, I have never withdrawan from here. They are helping me here and actualy just contacted me and are going to try to wire it to me (they did not realize I wired the deposit).

Okay, TK, glad you clarified that for me. Sorry that I misinterpreted. I'd heard BP was a pretty good book and growing pretty fast, but you never know how good they are until you deal with them personally, and while I have a small deposit there I have never withdrawn from them yet.

Good luck with your withdrawal, I'm sure it will arrive safely soon.

honestly im not happy that im burning my time for 2 days now waiting for them to respond and for it to be processed.. i feel like im working for it now and the excitement has gone i think..
(to be fair with them though they say they are having trouble right now..and also the other players in here seems to be paid well)

oh and btw pal, my money in there just originated from the freeplay in the store..
i think they can be trusted, however if i will deposit real money maybe i'll reconsider (quick payouts is always a plus for me, if you know what i mean)..

you seem to have a ton of points from your 23k winning, so you may consider betjam if you want a more satisfying experience (they seem to have great customer support and fast)..but betphonix is also safe i guess and their free plays are much cheaper.. btw, throw me some points pal, even just for parlay action..

just called them on the phone..they asked my username password, cashout request and method..
they checked and told me to check my account tomorrow 6pm ET and all the informations should be in my account upon login..
they moved it AGAIN for another they HOWEVER i appreciate this more than constantly wasting my time on live chat and waiting for a single response every 10 mins.. will try to keep this thread posted if anything happens
