Just saw this story on the local news a few minutes ago. I wonder why we are just now hearing of this. Very sad. Witnesses said the child was still moving when the EMT arrived but was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Man with a 3 year old, sometimes you just have to look away for a second. They should make a higher wall or not allow kids.
