I honestly do not hate Chilly as much as most people but the only reason I really want him gone is cuz our players do not respect him and he has no control over the team when that happens....basically the same situation as Wade Phillips

This is how I feel, it's not all his fault but you can't fire the players. Childress needs to be fired by the next game vs Washington. Vikings just aren't a good team.

The problem with the Cowboys was in large part the players. A bunch of overpayed overrated front runners jumping all over themselves when they score a TD like they won the SB.

As much as I like Favre, a major problem was him skipping camp and coming to the team late. I HATE the idea of putting 1 man over the team and that's exactly what he did. It worked last year but it's a horrible idea. It's like winging it and not studying for a test because you are "smart".

My main argument against Chilly is
1) The team did not put it's best foot forward and he allowed it
2) He's not particularly smart
3) He can't evaluate players, I said from day 1 that it was retarded to bring in T-Jack.

He's not a good coach, the team is performing poorly. He has one of the most talented teams in the NFC and his team is a stinker. It's not like they've been smacked by injuries or anything, we're not looking at the Colts, the coach is a joke.
