Its really not the haters that bother me, its losing... Its bad enough to lose my own money, but I can deal with that...but to know I might've cost others some cash bothers me more.

I think in the long run my plays are profitable, but not as profitable as what they are being made out to be and I don't want people getting buried... because I've been there before too.

Rudy no one looses big on ur plays most people that follow are betting lunch money dont worry about other people. just post whatever u want whenevr u want. just say **** it. i do all the time haha

Just for Pavy. I have only played two of Rudys picks....EVER! And one of the two I mis-clicked and played the wrong side and won. I should have played them all though. This guy is good...period.

I have only had limited conversations with Rudy, but I have read a lot of what he writes on here. It is hard to find people that put insightful replies to posts. He seems like a genuine and no bullshit type of guy. That is the kind of poster I enjoy to read at SBR.

Pavy, for the record, you are a good poster too when your not being an idiot. It is almost like there are two pavyracers one I like to read and the other I would like to just ignore. Unfortunately most of the time I just ignore you no matter what.

Thanks again for the compliments...I have a very guilty conscience though and have been in very bad situations when I first started gambling so I probably over exaggerate what my losing means, but I hate it nonetheless.

It varies in each sport as to what I specifically use.

For football I do have 5 things that fit into my top plays (although I have about 20 plays each week):
1. RLM
2. My capping of the teams
3. My partner's viewpoint of the games
4. Outside factors are split into 2
4a. Physical factors weather, turf, refs
4b. Emotional factors obviously this is very subjective and most people don't use at all and claim to be a waste of time. That is fine, but I use it. This could get into the "does momentum exist in sports" debate, and i try to avoid anything like that.

Unfortunately I will not go in depth on any.

however I find the easiest ways to beat closing numbers are to bet late

I'm tired of this shit too. I get pms and threads asking what I'm on and then when you lose one you start getting blasted. The funny thing is I'm probably gonna go 2 & 2 on sides and hit all of the totals. I usually put a disclaimer up saying tail at your own risk but people think they can pick one of the games instead of playing all of them.

Will not bet a big public play as a best bet

I'm sure someone will come argue about emotional factors and being able to beat the closing number, so I'm putting it out there now I'm not arguing the point. If you think its BS, that is fine by me.

People don't realize the goal is to win around 5.6 games out of 10, meanwhile a monkey flipping coins can go 5.0 out of 10.

no fantasy football

the only trends i use are made by me and usually deal with how the coach and/or star players operate..that is mainly for basketball....and is all i will get into on that

rudy the rlm for NBA this year has been excellent especially with more then a 1pt movement I'm 12-7 so far but obviously could have missed some u should check it out and I have also noticed on football nights to fade RLM for NHL. But the so called yahoosports fade for hockey is suprisingly up descent units. this is my first year keeping track of it ill let u know how it all goes at the end of the season.

Why were you playing along with JJ's drama queen games then? I think most of your attention and following came from that much more than you just posting picks. By playing along, you just helped fuel the mystery cloud surrounding you, and also by playing along you indirectly implied that you may or may not be some kind of sharp involved in the offshore book industry who shouldn't even be posting plays for some kind of legal reasons. Most people here know JJ is full of shit when he posts stuff like that, but clearly lots of people bought it which is why so many people were waiting for your picks with baited breath.

good questions, but every answer i had would just be my guess. for the first question i guess this is somewhat of an answer; i am very confident the books do not want equal action and only collect juice.
