What do you guys know about internet T.V.?

I'm getting more irritated with my cable bill going up.
I was wondering if it is worth getting cable on-line and who do you know is pretty good.

I use atdhe.net for all the sports that I can't get on normal cable, so I was wondering if any of you know if their is anything else that's worth it.

I use http://www.tvunetworks.com/ for most channels...don't know of anything better

I think the free ones are not as good as the paid ones

Which companies offer cable online and is legit company?
