How do you stop receiving Eastbay catalogues?

I signed up for it many many years ago because i wanted them but the last few years i pretty much had enough of it yet i keep getting it sent to me. Does anyone know how you get off the eastbay catalogue mailing list? Also, would there be any use for those booklets if you do decide to keep them? I been using them to dry water on the floor if i spill water there

I just got TWO of them yesterday. One with Troy Polomalu on it and a second one with just their sale items. They do over do it.
