toaster suggested above is probably the best idea.

but if you really cannot wait for a few mins., damped a paper towel with warm water, throw it on top off the pizza, and heat for about 1 min in the microwave.

Leftover pizza from the fridge (2 slices): microwave for 30 seconds, then toaster oven (on "toast") for 3 or 4 minutes = perfection.

Pizza stone is great, keeps the crust crunchy.
Also, baking sheet in the oven works well to keep the crust crunchy.

Microwave makes it too soft - you can eat it out of a cup, like in The Jerk.

Put on aluminum foil,place in cold oven,turn oven to 375.As soon as it is heated to 375,it is done.Keeps crust chewy.No clean up. Just throw away the foil.

For crispy crust,toaster oven is fine.

Man, just put the oven on 400 and throw it on a cookie sheet. Done in like 7 mins and nice and crispy
