Not one to take a shot at bad lines, but if I were:

Hawaii -3 in SBR, -6 everywhere else

Central Michigan -1 in SBR, -6 everywhere else

SBR, fix this so I can throw my 12 points on a ridiculous parlay without betting a bad line.
