On Average, how many hours a week should you spend on SBR?

Or is it more of a daily total?
I do not want to spend too much time on this forum. But at the same time, I do not want to spend too little time on here either.

no more than 10 minutes at a time, but I check it often through out the day

I'm in and out throughout the day. If you add all the time up daily i'd say about 90 min to 2 hours.

I would say on average around 30 minutes per day.

I don't know probably around 16 hours a day give or take an hour.
