It must be an at the discretion and evaluation of the store where they can discriminate against who they want deal.Otherwise their parking lots would be a safe haven for drunk drivers who couldn't make it home.Has anyone here ever slept in their car at a Wal Mart parking lot when they were hammered?Have you ever heard of anyone being arrested for sleeping in their vehicle being drunk at a Wal Mart?

I called the corporate offices of Wal-Mart in Arkansas and asked what its overnight RV parking policy was. They were very friendly and said it was company policy to allow Rv'ers overnight parking. They also said it would be advisable to check in with the store manager when you arrive as a courtesy. However, they said if we ran into a store that refused us we were to report this to them. We have stayed in a number of Wal-Marts and have been welcomed with open arms. Management even alerts security to keep and eye on the rigs during a stay.

---If you are drunk and decide to pull into one of these lots I advise you to hide you keys in the woods....otherwise you will get a dui. Of coarse, youll be screwed when the cops view Walmart's security footage.

1 time i slept at a walmart parking lot after a heated argument with my wife. I was approached by a police officer, who then called like 3 backup cars in for whatever reason. come to find out he suspected me and stealing from other cars because of all the crap in the back of my truck, which my wife happen to have thrown in the yard
