These bastards will not stop calling me.

I opened a live chat session with them a week ago to ask if they took e-check.

The rep said no, but then transferred me to a manager.

I closed out of the chat session, and not two minutes later, the manager was on the other end of my telephone.

She was asking me if I needed help. I said no. Goodbye.

Next day - she calls again, and asks if I need help. I say no, again. Goodbye.

Two days later - she calls and says that she hasn't seen a deposit from my account yet - this must mean I need help, right? NO LADY I DON'T NEED HELP. I told her to never call me again and hung up on her.

Twenty seconds later - she calls back and says "I think we got disconnected...."

Is there a way to upload a virus into their software? Any hackers out there?

I don't believe WagerWeb is part of the First Fidelity family. Am I mistaken here? But I agree that YouWager, Betpop do cold-call a hell of a lot, it is a sign of a FF book.

WagerWeb has no association w/ them. You are right.

WagerWeb is part of Casablanca Gaming.

Any of the First Fidelity family of books will cold call you like crazy unfortunately, however you have to ask yourself is are the phone calls worth what they have to offer. I myself can deal with the cold calling from BetPop though, because of what they offer.

just call them up under your account number. Just say you have an account at another book your book isn't currently offering this/that. Please stop calling me. I will not be making a deposit with this book. Please make the calls stop.

I did that and they stopped calling.
