Glad to hear it resolved itself for you Colt.

I know they are a recreational book and all, however I've noticed that BetEd has been improving as of late in many ways. Not to mention the payouts are very prompt and they listen to any complaint that we inquire to them about. Now I know I have nothing to do with the rating at all, but maybe the guys in the office should take another look at them and possibly reevaluate them at some point.

I've noticed this. To be honest I had never really bothered with them in the past, and I have not always agreed with positions they've taken, but starting with the SexyGamblerChick case I noticed their management being willing to let Bill and others take a look at everything, and even granted them total control in that particular case. That impressed me, and I've noticed that kind of openness in other cases that have been publicized.

For the type of book they are, I feel the only people that will experience trouble with them are shot-takers.

I was just reading up at their site, I do have an account there but it isn't funded. It seems that one can deposit with e-Check for free, withdrawal using e-Check also for free, after 7 business days once your funds clear. That is 1/2 the time of 5Dimes bank clearing and it is also a free withdrawal.

So long as you aren't a professional or in need of very early lines, it would appear that BetED is an underrated choice for a recreational to medium player. I'm not sure exactly how much you have to win to get cut off there, but it sure does sound nice to deposit and withdrawal for free in a timely manner. They also have no minimum rollover so long as you haven't claimed a bonus per the e-Check method, according to their terms.

BetEd has great software, high acceptance rates on credit cards, awesome cash bonuses, and free e-check transactions (both ways).

                      Fvck 'em.

                        .
Actually... it doesnt even take 7 days for the echeck to clear. If you want to, you can just send them a copy of your bank statement showing the deposit taken out of your bank account, and they'll clear them for you ASAP. I've got some of my deposits cleared after just one day before.

It takes them about 48 hours to process your withdrawal, and then around 5 business days for it to hit your bank account. Its not bad, but im impatient due to how quick it is for BetJamaica to pay me. Sometimes I have cash in my hand just an hour after i request a withdrawal with them.

Thanks for the information Brian. I'm guessing you print out a copy of your online statement through web banking and then fax it over? I probably wouldn't do all that, I think the time you listed aside from that is fair.

I print my online bank statement, scan it with my scanner then email it to support. Takes 10 minutes, tops.

I did one echeck deposit with them and they attempted to debit my account 3 times for it. On the third attempt they even changed the amount to avoid the stop pay. My bank refunded me for all 3 deposits. I closed my account after there unauthorized attempts on my account, and they claim I hold a negative balance with them now.

I emailed them my side of the story and they never once emailed me again or attempted to contact me.

That does sound pretty easy, only drawback is I only have a printer, no scanner. I have a statement online too so I'd be able to do that. Did you email them and ask about enhancing the clearing time for w/d or they told you about it? Because that does sound pretty convenient.

I called one day and asked about withdrawing and the CS lady told me to do this.
