I know where the insert image button is.NOW WHAT
I'm pushing all kind of things,and I don't know what I'm doing

What is the URL to the image?

Find that and wrap it in the IMG tags. [img]image url here[/img ] <-- notice the space in the last bracket, don't put that there. That is just to show what the IMG tags look like.
