              I think looking at offshore line movements is pointless, most of the "smart money" isn't being played overseas. Offshore books know the bettors mentality and many like 5Dimes move lines around to sway public betting. All a ploy aimed to make bettors second guess themselves and use "sharp" information (which sports books gladly provide) to make your decisions.

                        I'm glad to see somebody explain this to Omar. While this isn't exactly a large "reverse-line movement", it still is so. Slightly more "sharp money" on ATL.

                                just depends what book you are talking about...because steam at some books Id rather not name usually turn out to be winners for me
