                                      I guess I am old school. I used to love the Stardust. Wish it was still there. Free drinks and deli sandwiches all day whether you were a big player or not.

                                      I still remember putting $100 on a horse to show when i was like 25 and looked abt 16. The girl said to me "Are you sure???" I said to her when it cashed, "pretty sure!!"

                                      Edit: also the place where I learned to never bet harness races. I had bet on a favorite and the dam chariot exploded coming around the last turn. Dude was being dragged around like Ben hur. He finished second like that and I thought i had still won. lololol

                                          Yes; and some of them will give you free drinks if you simply appear to be playing the horses, although those places are beginning to disappear.
