I watched it on DVD this week and just didn't get it.

That guy won best actor for that? If being an emotionless zombie for 2 hours gets you an oscar I should have 100 of them. What the heck happened to the money? The sheriff got it?

Loved it from beginning to ending. Probably the best from the Coens, and that's saying something.
