#4Marlins, Fins, Heat all might have some of the worst attendance/atmosphere in respective leagues. Miami fans may be worse than LA fans.
Dodgers don't sell-out. Staples Center has shit atmosphere for the top class product they have to show; would be empty within 2 years if they started missing playoffs.
USC was country's premier college team just two years ago; celebrities on sidelines, sold-out every game, the works. It's already a joke now and fans went away. There were about 2,000 empty seats against Oregon and it was night game, game of the year, and homecoming (was there).Comment -

#20That's probably because we're old fuks. When I was younger I loved going to the games. I had Hawk tickets when I lived in Ga., saw Dominique every night and Jordan when he came to town. Had Cav's tix back when they were out in the sticks of Richfield, use to love to see Hotrod Williams, Brad D and Mark Price. Also had Clippers tix when I was in LA. Well the Clippers sucked even back then but the crowd was much better than the prissy Laker folks. Got to see Magic, Worthy, Cooper, Scott when they played too.Originally posted by rem sleepalot of people would rather stay home and watch the game on there nice big flatscreen t.v.'s. Who wouldn't want to be able to see Lebron and Wade every night? I'm a hater because I grew up in Cleveland but if I lived down there I still couldn't pass that up.Comment -

#22They fired them after selling only about 90% or so. That way they can make more money with tickets on the open market. They were playing Jazz today so that is understandable but I heard in the game that there are tickets available for the Celtics game aswell. That seems very oddComment -

#25Dodgers don't sell out? With all the turmoil with the owner and the shitty team they put on the field they still had the 3rd highest average in baseball. Dodger fans are pretty loyal to a fault. Hell the Angels were 5th in attendance and they were bad in 2010 as well. And the Staples atmosphere is poor because the amount of corporate seats. If you are not rich, you are stuck up very high. I won't even bother going with a free ticket if I had to sit up above the suite levels. All in all I think So Cal fans get a worse rap than is deserved. You seem to be reaching to find you critiques.Originally posted by Sunde91Marlins, Fins, Heat all might have some of the worst attendance/atmosphere in respective leagues. #31Just looking on stubhub there are plenty of tickets at normal rates, at least relative to the market size. I know here in NY, the 400 level will be in the 150+ range when good teams are in town, same with the Staples Center.Originally posted by Saluki09Heat upper deck tickets are $150. **** that! What's amazing is the Knicks have been awful for 10 years yet still sell out and Miami has Lebron/Wade/Bosh and can't sell out one game against the Celtics.Comment -
