Just installed SBR Poker and it won't open

Anyone had this or have any suggestions?? The icon is there on my desktop, but when I click on it, I get the hourglass for a bit, then just nothing.

try rebooting your computer and try clicking on the icon again, if that does not work try uninstalling and reinstalling the poker room. You are using Windows correct? because the software only works with Windows at this time

check your spam folder, but usually it comes right away

What all of them said and also check if any firewall may be blocking its internet access.
