Any floundering MLB team and move them to Brooklyn heights.I know the Yankees,Mets,Phillies and Red Sox would lose their minds and it would never go through but Long Island and lower Manhattan could support the team
Just one year of getting them into the playoffs and than sell them to a cable company for a dump trunk full of money
