How can any two sides in a labor negotion be that much at a stalemate where they knew 2 years in advance there would be a strike-lockout?I think it will be a death blow to all but the very elite sportsbooks.Anyone watch the United Football League game on Versus last night from Vegas?Culpepper and lots of NFL castoffs playing. Will any NFL players give that a go if there is a lockout?

Do you know who should really go on strike in this whole debacle???People such as the citizens of Dallas who are forced to pay taxes for Jerry Jones's new stadium.

Thats the UFL's plan. They knew there is going to be a lockout 2 years ago.

The books will survive. I don't think the lockout will be all season. They'll be hurting and although football is the biggest they'll still have college, NBA and NCAA Bball.
