Why does Cris Dance Their Lines around so Much?

I swear they changed the line 3 times in 10 seconds, I try to bet USC -3 -120, goes to -3.5 -105, then back to -3 -120 then up to -3 -125 if your connection is slow cant even bet because the lines keep dancing around.
