I decided to give www.Betruss.com a shot, seeing that they have a 35% Cash bonus on first deposits, and 30% on reloads. Not a freeplay, either, which is great.

After playing there for over a week now, I have nothing but great things to say. The customer service reps are awesome - Steve in particular. He's the most friendly, energetic rep I've ever encountered - in any industry - not just sports betting.

Anyway, they offer lines for the major sports, and some soccer. For tennis, I was told that if I ever wanted a line, just use live chat and ask a rep, and they can ask the wagering manager. Pretty cool.

The live chat service is great - reps answer right away.

Today I requested my first payout at 3PM - via western union. I asked via live chat how long it would take to be processed - and it was already processed! Lightning quick. I had the control number within the hour, and had my cash by 5PM.

Pretty cool if you ask me.

If anyone wants to play here, I'd appreciate it if you used my account # for a referral - as I could use some bonuses! Just put in xxxxx / Andrew as the referral when you sign up.

Anyway, just thought I'd share my experience.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with BetRuss 2Pac.

This is the 4th positive feedback I've read about them on the forum in the past couple of months.

BetRuss is a good example of why players will venture into a new book... Huge bonus that can't be sustained, promotions to help players meet the rollover and fast processing because of low volume. BJO is another that comes to mind. These are two books you want to root hard for but have to acknowledge the uphill battle.

In BetRuss' case they state they have lots of ins in the banking industry from previous business. A new book with a good processing plan has fighting chance today.

            14. BetRuss.com reserves the right to terminate a client's account at any time without prior notification and/or further explanation.
I don't like this rule. I'm staying away.

Isn't this illegal mods? Soliciting referrals that is.

Yes, moderators try to edit out all account #s that are included for referral. Poster would have to begin to question the sincerity of feedback if it was allowed. I do think 2pac is giving his honest opinion here. BetRuss has had a good first impression with folks that guinea pig'd it.

It's one of those vague rules a lot of books have that don't play a role in any disputes. Terminate does sounds scary though. Reserve the right "to close" would sound better.

Thanks for responding Mr. Dozer. I liked 2pac's honest opinion about the book but I thought it was insincere to ask for a referral by displaying in plain view his account number and name.

I agree it is a vague rule but it scared me off when I first read it. It sounded like something the IRS will do, not a good business plan.

I hear ya Glenn. If you read more rules pages you'll see that a lot. Some rules are deterrents for certain types of players put can never be ethically enforced. It's an old school tactic that should be phased out. This one isn't that bad but sends the message to the new guy that his account and money could go up in smoke.

I do agree 100% that 2pac's feedback was genuine Bill, however Glenn does make a valid point here. So with that being said I will remove any referral info he has in his post.

After all I have to be fair to everyone in regards to this type of content not being allowed on this forum.

Oops, sorry didn't know I couldnt post that, but it makes sense.

Anyways - the Western Union payout ended up being free. Their site says it is free (error on their end), but they charged me $57. I told them that their page said ** payouts were 1 free per week, and they credited the $57 back to my account right away.

I promptly went on to lose the remaining $800 in my account, and now I'm trying to get a night shift job since I go to school during the days and work in the evenings.
