the guy must have charged his credit or debit... lost and told his bank or card company it was fraud and now the books callin him non stop

I made a second account because it takes three days to be able to see your posts. I didn't know that so I made a new account, and it didn't work again, so I made a new account and used the live chat to fix it for me I need real help here please not meaningless, stupid comments posting about multiple accounts, I need advice by tomorrow, serious advice from someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

Its an online sportsbook offshore. US jurisdiction doesn't apply, I just need to know if they can actually send this to collections and get the money if they do.
