Powell, the torrents are a cracked version of the app
they have ti setup so you do not need a key to install
everything on my computer is downloaded from torrents if it isnt free
(Windows 7, Nero, Microsoft Office, etc)

There are Open Office and google docs.
They are free and generally compatible with MS office.

No need to chance infection with a torrent. Use these or check the CNET cheapskate for free office sw dl's. Ashampoo was offering a comparable suite for 20 bucks the other day.

Why don't you just buy a legit copy from Microsoft using their student discount price?? Only $79.95
