    Who capped the following over with this explanation.

    These 2 teams can score, and both can give up points.

    I don't see any way this stays UNDER

    Both teams can score. Both give up points. Great points there fella. Clearly he doesn't know shit because one of theses defenses is only giving up 16 points per game.

              Of couse UCF CAN be scored on but their pass defense is ranked way up their.
