French Toast For me'

Crack three eggs fresh cinnamon and fresh cream,I use a slightly crusty hand cut peice of Italian bread about 1 inch thick. let it soak in the eggs and cream for a minute turning it over a few times. use med-high heat when bread goes on then turn it down to less than Med for several mins each side low and slow. take off the skillet butter and sprinkle powered sugar and use REAL maple syrup.
