2nd half under with Local

Hey fellas. So I bet under 97.5 with my local for okc chicago tonight. Obviously it went to overtime and I'm pissed, it was a rather large bet. The questions are as follows:

Do some books count ONlY 3rd and 4th quarters for 2nd half bets?

Should I question my bookie because it's not in the site he uses rules specifying 2nd half bets?

Yes overtime counts for overs. Good luck trying to convince your bookie that it doesn't.

if the book does NOT specify, you have to assume that it does. Only way you can jiggle out if the book clearly says it doesnt count OT, which I dont think any book does.
