it was 14-7 mid third when they posted it. they posted the side at V Tech 3 and then a few seconds later the posted the Total at 3, which made me laugh.

I will never knowingly bet a bad line. you can get your ass bounced for that.

I once called Bookmaker to tell them they posted a bad line. She put on me hold, they fixed and then just said thanks.

Who's job is it to post/update the lines, not yours...any time I see a lock like that I max it out, if they pay me great that is their problem if I have the bet canceled due to a bad line and have my $ returned that is fine to. Basically if you are going to be dumb enough to give it to me imma take it. I've bet lots of bad lines in my time, been paid on some, graded as no action on most, but I've never had the funds taken from me, never been warned, never banned or contacted in relation to betting bad lines. so fk em.

no one is talking about betting a stale line or a one off by a half point or by 10 cents.

I would suggest you read the rules of every book you use. Like these:

"In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a "no action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly." with

"All rules, regulations, and payoffs listed in this publication are subject to change without prior written notice."

and this

"_______ reserves the right to take away any bonus -such as a free plays- any time, without explanation."

There are others of course. I don't have time to find it, but there was thread about that guy playing golf props and betting one that should have been about 3:1 and he bet it at 20:1 and caused a shit storm.

That is intentional and it is a direct assault on the Book.
