Took up boxing just hitting bags to drop some weight few months ago....droped 15 lbs in 3 weeks hitting bags daily JJ.. I do 5 rounds of 3 minutes each every weekend in venice beach... also lap swimming would do the work for u JJ...

My son plays in a big highschool football game Friday night, and Saturday we are going to look at colleges.

Sunday as it is every Sunday Football at my House 2 50" flat screens in one room
one has Patriots and the other has Sunday Ticket with all the games on one screan.

Usally the food is Italian cold cut Platter for the early game and later I have some
kind of Hot dish, Lasanga, chicken or Veal Parm, or something Beef of the grill.

pleanty to drink and smoke and the comedy 4 gamblers in one room not alway
on the same side.........priceless.

their is always room for one more.
