This usually means that the signal between Comcast and your cable box has been disrupted. tech support can usally send a new signal to revive the box, call them and have someone troubleshoot the problem. If they can't fix it from there they will send someone out to take a look (usually free)

edit: forgot to say, sometimes that error code could mean a service interruption in your area

Bobby is right the Ref code S0a00 refers to a weak signal. Did you make any changes to you system or have and in-climate weather?

Try cycling the system, unplug and detach the cables for about 5 mins, reattach them and make sure there is no damage to any of the cords or attachments.

After that you will need to call them (the first thing they will tell you to do it to cycle your system); they will send a reboot signal to your box, this will take about 20-30 minutes total.

If it still doesnt work they will have to send a tech out to see if it an issue with the hardware.

I would get a reboot. if that dont work, typically you need a new box.

The boxes tend to fail. I've traded mine in at least 3-4 times. Comcast sucks !

real pro's have Direct TV, with Sunday Ticket, and the Packages for NBA, MLB, NHL, and all the NCAA channels.

will cost ya little more, but if you can't afford it you should not be Gambling.

Direct TV is the way to go, and if your a cheap *ss just pay a pro $50 to $100 bucks to unlock the card and get all the channels.
