Based in Europe, I want to take part in this great site.
I think often people come here with complaints the first time. I would like to start my SBR career with some well deserved credit.
I just signed up with VIP sports and made a payment through a new payment system called click2pay. Before I choose which US bookie to sign up with, I had checked different things, among them payout routines. According to VIP I could make a payout whenever I wanted after a click2pay transfer, but I had to transfer the amount I deposited back to click2pay, rest by any other. Fair enough
Had some luck in the casino, and decided to test their payout routines straight away. Then I had to call their nr (which cost a bit), but ok to see how the support works. The message I got "the funds need 7 days to clear"..Strange I thought since they said something else, and also in european bookies they did not have to clear. But ok, I settled with that.
After 1 hour I decided to tell them that thought it was unfair they said A, but did B, especially looking at their reputation. Shortly after I receive an email that it was an misunderstandings, payouts processed.
So Im happy they stuck to their word..
