Made a killing last month and withdrew most. Wen't on a horrible run and my 5dimes account is empty. Got a Betphoenix freeplay and lost it. Now depositing the money without her knowing is not really the problem. I could just do a money wire. Problem is she knows my account #'s and passwords and checks them. I told her I wouldn't have to deposit anymore for a while. Now she knows my accounts are empty and I know she will continue checking to see if I send in money. I think my only option is to open a new account at a book she don't know about but I don't know which one to go to. I am already with 5dimes, The greek, BetJamaica, sportsbook.com, Bookmaker and now Betphoenix. What's another good book to go with? Also I will have to log on somewhere other than my pc or phone. It seems like more trouble than it's worth, but I need action. Any suggestions?

Well she is my wife. It's not like I am gonna up and leave her. Besides she is right. I spend too much time with this and it's starting to really annoy her. Between work and classes and betting sports I don't "spend enough time with her" I spend good quality time with here everynight. That's not the problem. I agree that you just need to be up front with her and tell her it is your money and you are making a deposit. Cool out on checking the game when you are out with her. Women want your total attention and once your bet is in there is nothing you can do about it. I think your wife is more mad about the time than the money so make a deal with her that you are gonna deposit and withdraw as you see fit but you also aren't going to be putting her off to always check on your wagers.

Just talk to her and tell her you are going to be putting money on your account. If your not spending more then you two can afford to lose then it shouldn't be much of a problem. If the score checking is a bit much for her then maybe cut back on that.
If you really need action and she really has a problem with you putting money on then just bet points. If you are doing well you will have enough points for free cash to load on to your account. If you can't earn enough money using points then maybe it was a good thing you were not allowed to use cash.

Trying to take full control and just knowing what is going on in your household is a different thing. My wife and I have a joint bank account. She knows when I put money on my sports book because I tell her I'm going to do it. Gambling can be fun and can be very rewarding but it can also become a problem just like many other things.
If my wife gambled I would want to know and wouldn't have a problem with it till I thought it was becoming a problem.
