should use two polls, one for usa players and one for the world. usa players don't rate pinny, that is why it is not at top where it should be.

Most wouldn't vote for Lamborghini in a top car survey. People rate what they know. If the forum wasn't predominantly American, of course the results look different. That's the only analogy I'm trying today.
