Here's the problem. Ordered the $25 freeplay promo for 3 sbr points. Was curious as to when i'd recieve it so I contacted the Betphoenix chat. Here is how it went.

michael: what? are you kidding? I ordered thru the link they provided. How could this be?
michael: I signed up thru the link they provided with the order. I think you made a mistake. They even said the order is complete.
Cynthia: I understand, we receive an email with the accounts that are to receive free plays from their store, your account was included but it has a flag that the free play is only to be credited if the sign up date is October 31st or later
Cynthia: I'm sure if you contact them they will clear this up for you
michael: OK
Cynthia: just have them send us another email

I am in no hurry although I ordered a freeplay thru sbr in the past and it took 12 days. I was just wondering when I would recieve it. Instead I get the run around and I felt as though they tried to find a reason not to give it to me. Saying mine is flagged. Is this even worth it. Is this how the customer service works there. I know they have had many issues I've noticed the threads in the past, but I heard they cleaned up there act. Should I feel comfortable putting money in this book?
