Legends: Weekly Betting Roundup for October 25-31
Weekly Betting Roundup for October 25-31
    B. Sharps / Head Linesman / Legends

Hello players! Another week is in the books; let’s see how the books did. The sharps had a monster week overall starting with Monday night driving the total up from 44 to 45 ½ and the public followed suit putting the books on their heels after the Giants’ 41-35 win over Dallas. The side was split on the game but the total was all one way.

Tuesday the sharps went over 64 and took the +37 on Louisiana Tech to sweep the game. The players were on the over also but had a little more Boise State to let the house off the hook and push for the night.

Wednesday night the house got back on track with San Francisco and over in the bases to pick up a win for the day.

Thursday the sharps bet under 59 in the football game to pick up yet another win. The house did ok, though, as the players liked FSU in this one and were split on the total to give the house another small win for the night.

Friday the steam brigade continued as they bet U Conn +6 and 46 to sweep another game. The books did well, though, as the players went with West Virginia and over.

Saturday’s partial list of winners for the movers’ menu was Illinois over 41, Virginia +16, Virginia under 52, Tennessee over 48, Temple -28, Tulsa under 63 ½, SMU -8, Florida over 48, Central Florida over 52, Buffalo under 45, and Nevada over 60 while their losers were Arizona under 49, New Mexico State +16, California over 53, UNLV +35, and Hawaii over 64 to cap off another big day for them. The players had a good day winning with Iowa, Maryland, Auburn, SMU, Florida, Oregon State, Houston, Ohio State and – the big one – Oregon. The books picked up wins on Boston College, Baylor, UCLA, and Nebraska to ease the pain a little. The few wins combined with a lot of volume got the books a small win for the day.

Sunday the movers won with Washington over 44, the Jets under 42, Miami +1, San Diego -4 (biggest move all year so far), Buffalo +7, San Diego over 44, and Seattle under 42 but they lost with Carolina over 37, Miami over 43, Minnesota +6, Seattle +2 ½, and Pittsburgh over 43 ½ to end their prosperous week. The players won with Detroit, Miami, San Diego, Tampa Bay, and New England and the house countered with Green Bay, Jacksonville, and New Orleans to get out the day and end the week a small winner.

Good luck and talk to you next week!
