I have Steven Jackson and Keneth Darby...Do i Start them both??

I have Jackson, and Michael Bush starting and Justin Forsett in Flex.

Do I gamble and start both St. Louis RBs knowing Jackson may not play whole gm.

Carolina run defense is AWFUL?
