I dont do many write ups and its late so please forgive me. I just want to help out my fellow SBR'ers when I can.
NIU 6-1-1 ATS and will continue the trend. Northern Illinois will control the ball and the game this week. Chad Spann will go over 1000 yds for the year during the game (possibly by the end of the 3rd Q), and when the defense loads the box the Huskies will throw the ball on this suspect W. Mich. defense.
The NIU D should be able to handle this WMU single threat offense. NIU will contain what little rushing game the Broncos can muster, and force the pass happy offense to make plays with defenders at every turn.
NIU is the better team and playing great ball even in their loss to a BIG 10 U of Illinois.
Vegas was closer to the correct number with the opener of -9. I have the game capped at NIU -12 and the line currently sits at -7 to -7.5. Take this gift to the bank!
