had my instant deposit/echek withdrawal processed wednesday a.m. and still am waiting for it.
these are the emails i received so far in order:
1.from 5dimes saying that i requested a payout - wed 12:55 am eastern time
2.from 5dimes saying that my payout was processed - wed 2:49am eastern time
3.from some bank in canada saying they were going to make a payment to me - thur 7:01 pm eastern time (the email was in french and in english)

not sure about paper checks but for instant deposit/e/instant deposit its no minimum and max of 1500 and bank wires i think are 1500-5000
