But underneath that friendly exterior they are jealous, petty, and uptight. So, if one woman gets flowers and the other women don't get flowers, the one who received the flowers knows that the other women are fuming inside because their man didn't think enough of them to send them flowers. Got it? So, what you do is you don't sent flowers on valentine's day only, you send flowers on valentine's eve. Now you just ensured yourself of a night of what you really want. lol. I just know how to treat my wife right, she deserved to be suprised, and deserved to rub it in her coworkers faces that I'm the best husband ever, and their men suck. I've gotten plenty of women in my time. I was always the guy out of my friends growing up that was the ladies man. I'm Italian, have a good job, grew up quick, always made good money for myself, nice cars, I keep in good shape, do martial arts 3 times a week, etc... Come on now. I've gotten them 3 years in a row this will be year 4. Here is my problem. I was originally going to propose tomorrow...the vday, but it happened shortly before xmas instead. So I had today off. Flowers especially on V day are way overpriced and they die quickly. I do agree with you on your assessment of women, they are all petty and jealous. The closest thing I've ever gotten to buying a flower was a rose made of black leather with a barbed wire stem.

on a side note, i worked a one day job through a temp service years ago, it was for shipping and packaging these Vermont Teddy Bears, it was for people who waited till the last minute to buy them online, and we put the orders together and they were sent over to UPS at the airport to be shipped next day air. those were some expensive teddy bears.

I did the three days of valentines last week because my wife had to go to a training this week and was not going to be in the office so she got flowers three days last week and the dudes in the office were pissed along with the women, I made them all look bad and it was very nice for me as well.
