Yes but players who registered for the $12 cannot claim the $15. The $15 promo is only for accounts created on November 1st or later after that promo was launched.

careful. Betphoenix tried to pull some stunt on me saying that I signed up with them on the 30th so I couldn't get the $25 freeplay when it clearly states the 31st. Make sure you read the terms and conditions.
