Things like this are not necessary. Just go to an atm and take the paypal out with your paypal debit card, go to moneygram or western union and send them the money. This way no charge backs will ever occur not that they would anyhow?

willy lee, me and 2tupca have paypal accts in which we are not allowed debit cards and can't transfer to a bank (long story). we also can't request checks sent to our PO boxes so the funds are stuck and have to be spent at ebay or somewhere else. we are fukked and need a way out
