Legendz CSRs are totally clueless about this bonus.
You point them to: http://www.legends.com/bonuses_sbr and they say buy the bonus from the SBR Store, which there happens to be a 33% bonus, but it doesn't have anything to do with the bonus at http://www.legends.com/bonuses_sbr and the SBR store's 33% bonus doesn't even mention a 40% reup yet the CSR says I will get that if I purchase the SBR Store 33% bonus, sigh.

Why do SBs make it so hard to get your bonus processed?

SBR has not responded to my request to have the bonus processed as of yet.
It would be nice if there was a centralized person to PM about this issue and get it resolved quickly.
I won't even go into the issues I faced with depositing money, even though that's not the books fault.

Yea, late lines, no 60 minutes in hockey, no team totals. No idea for college hoops yet. No in game wagering. Plain as plain can be. 500-1000 limits based on games.

I think the 40% re-up is an exclusive SBR promotion on the Legends website without SBR you only get 30%.

If you dont register using SBR promocode you cant get the 40%.

I can answer your question regarding b2b trasnfers, they are free of charge you only need to complete the rollover. The minimum is $50 and so far they havent tell me about a maximum.
