I didn't even realize the NBA season had started until I heard it on the radio this week. I really believe the NBA will be a "product" of the recent economy...I believe it will decline in more aspects than one this coming season.
The NFL has grown to such viewership over the last 10+ yrs...at a much greater pace than baseball, basketball and hockey in pro sports. Right now, in the heart of football, baseball playoffs, ect, why would you care about the NBA?
Hockey has their following so you aren't going to pursuade those iron few. So what do you have left? It's a party and we love it, we love this time of year...so if the party is going on now....what will it feel like a few months from now after the superbowl? ...a hangover.
