They are also going to be selling a bright orange strain of weed to celebrate the hometown nine as well as a special orange punch laced with THC.
Outside of a personal appearance from Tim Lincecum -- who would probably be willing -- It's about the cleverest bit of baseball-related marketing the dispensary could come up with. They get their name out there as a baseball-friendly dispensary, for whatever that's worth, and they get business from people looking for a free high while watching a baseball game. And, best of all, there isn't much chance that they'll have to pay off on the offer.
The Giants have hit just six home runs in 10 postseason games and only one of them was hit at AT&T Park. That will be the park where they will play as many as four games during the series, of course, and it hasn't been particularly giving since the calender turned to October.
