Got SBR points instead of cash for BTP Wk 7

I deposited 50 GBP (> $50) on Sep 4 in my Diamond account before joining the contest. All I have got for the last week's contest is 86 points.

Shouldn't I be eligible for cash ? Am I missing some fine print ?

Just talk to Lou or whoever is on live help. Give them name, account #, and date of deposit and you'll be good to go.
