RebateWager Rounding Issues For Me

So I just got my freeplay for doing well in the Blackie contest at RW. I didn't understand just how ridiculous this rounding thing was until I tried to bet today. I only got 24 dollars so I figured I would throw a bet to win 5 down, and I get 6 dollars to win 5 on a -110 bet...I don't understand HOW they can be considered a good book with the fact that they don't have cents, what a total JOKE of a sportsbook. Would love some sort of explanation for this as to how SBR thinks it is remotely ok for a book to be rated with a B rating when they steal tons of vig from players.
