Funny how the Lakers trailed all game then late 3rd come back. 4th quarter I think it was Shannon Brown nails a 3 pointer to give the Lakers an 8 pt lead and immediately there's an officials timeout. Mind you the game spread was 7.5 This is just one of the many things I noticed tonight. Doesn't seem like much but pay attention closely. I could be wrong. Oh and as usual the Lakers win but don't cover. If last year was anything of an indication to what may be this year. play against the Lakers on the spread. Not all the time. Pick and choose your spots.

I was saying last night that David Stern is Vince McMahon and the refs are the script writers for the WWE. If you look back on the history of the NBA the last 30 years the only teams that win are the teams with a star or two. HAKEEM, Shaq, Kobe, Jordan, Bird, Magic, Duncan, Clyde, Garnett, etc. The only time that a team without a star won a championship is when Detroit won back in 04. That said no cinderella teams ever win. I use to be a big NBA fan but tired of the refs deciding the results.
