Couldn't believe this. The bets were settled last night after the game and I wake up today and have an email this afternoon telling me that my bets on the Giants game have been voided. As those of you know who were live betting on Matchbook last night the site was up and down at various points last night but I bet the Giants at +215 ML when the site had come back up for the first time and the Giants were still losing the game. This live line was comparable to the line that was offered at Pinnacle at the exact same time. Now all of the people that wanted to bet the Cowboys -215 at that point are saying that since the site went down shortly after there bet was matched and the Cowboys lost the game that they couldnt' get out of their offers and wanted the bets cancelled and Matchbook actually cancelled these bets and these bets weren't cancelled last night they were cancelled today. I have sent an email to Matchbook showing them that my bets were made on lines that had the fair odds and I will see what they will do about it. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up though to check your matchbook accounts if you bet the game inrunning last night because they might have taken the money out

Mine went through i bet the Giants +300 when they were down 20-7, had them on the ML +169 before the game started figured more value if they we going to win. Again like I said last night, hope this doesn't become common place with them.Comment -
The thing is that Matchbook was back up and the bets that were offered and matched at that point were at odds that were comparable to pinnacle's live lines. I have emailed matchbook regarding this and showing the live odds at the times that I bet them on matchbook and on pinnacle. When the site was down initially the odds for the Giants would have been even higher since the Cowboys got out to the big lead and Romo was still in the game at the point Matchbook went down.If the offers that were matched when the site came back up were from older offers the Giants would have been even bigger dogs and the lines would be off compared to Pinnacle and they weren't. This is just a case of people trying to bet Dallas right when Matchbook came back up at -215 and because they lost this bet they are complaining to matchbook that they were unable to cancel these offers and matchbook actually agreed with them and voided those bets. I cannot believe this and how are we ever supposed to bet again when we don't know whether the bets will stand or not. How many days later do we have to wait before we can say that our bets won't be voided? If they are going to cancel bets they need to examine the numbers that players bet and void the numbers that are blatant offers that couldnt' be cancelled.In this case the line that I bet was the realistic line so I should not be penalized for thisComment -
Valid points, I hear what you are saying cakes, but unfortunately since it's their shop, they will jam their rules down our throat and ask us to like it. I assume you got a generic email back. Customer service is long dead. Just wish we had more outs, we are stuck with their rules and rulings.Comment -

They sure didnt refund jackshit to me when I made a live bet on the Cowboys, guess it was only Giants bets that got cancelled. Matchbook live betting is a joke, if my gf went down on me as much as matchbook Id ask her to be my wife. Actually it looks like something else happened. The Giants +3.5 which I bet at pretty much the same time bet went through and it hasn't been voided. I bet $1,000 on the Giants ML at +215 and they have put through $413 of that bet but have voided the other $586. Ok now this makes no sense at all. How can half of the bet be void and the other half not.Comment -

Turns out when I bet $1,000 at +214 I got $413 at +214 and $586 at +216. They were both matched at the exact same time yet they are allowing the +214 but not the +216.....
Live chat told me they will look into it but she still told me that my bets were not matched at the same time for some reason eventhough the times are the same....Comment -
I accepted some over at -500 that got voided today. Unfortunately, I had a Dallas -3.5 offer that got matched around the same time that stood. What the hell?
