this guy is the manager of his team for how many games? if you cannot make these decisions with your head in your ass you are an idiot. baseball is not a hard game especially if you know your players and you have been around it all your life. it is a kids game and people give way too much credit to managers and the ones that make stupid decisions are just that stupid to begin with. he has done a good job like he should be doing, it is baseball not rocket science.
